supportpharm.net provides you with a physician or other medical professional in your state to establish a proper doctor/patient relationship with a paramedical exam completed by a licensed healthcare professional in your state on our behalf. A paramedical exam, relative medical history, and a copy of state license is required of all new clients prior to receiving a doctor consultation or prescriptions. We provide an online telemedicine service in that you can rely on.

Medical consultations via telemedicine are legal when performed within the established federal, state, and local regulations including U.S.P.L. 104-191 § 1171.2, HIPAA, DEA 191-N, and in accordance with such governing bodies as the FDA, DEA, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the American Medical Association. Our affiliated pharmacies have secured and applied for the necessary various state pharmacy license where required.

How to use our service:

1. Complete our online order form, and submit.

2. Please print our Exam Form & have it completed by your own physician or a licensed healthcare professional in your state. After your Exam, fax back to: (416) 921-4866, include any supporting medical history and a copy of your driver's license. One of our physicians will contact you at the number provided on your order form within 2 days of your request for a consultation.

3. Your physician will forward the prescriptions in to the pharmacy to be filled & shipped next business day.

IMPORTANT: Paramedical Exam is a requirement for ALL REQUESTS.
